As part of the FttX solution LGCE introduces a new type of breakout cable for indoor usage. This cable is especially designed for the connection of homes in inside commercial and residential apartment buildings.

Application:
This newly designed breakout cable is extremely useful for the final connection to the customer premises inside apartment buildings where the utility closets on each floor are located on top of each other. Due to its construction this type of cable is commonly fixated in the upper floor access points inside these buildings. On each floor window cuts can be made to connect horizontally to the utility closets.

Characteristics:
• 2 Single Mode G.657A fibers per breakout unit.
• Optimal protection of the fibers, since every breakout unit is protected by aramid yarns separately.
• Fully compatible with standard G.652D fibers, but with an improved bending performance.
• LSZH jacket halogen free and flame retardant in case when fire occurs.
• Each breakout unit has a unique coding.
